Here’s what a few of our instructional coaches had to say about their jobs:

凯蒂·斯蒂芬斯

For Katie, no two days are alike, and that’s one of her favorite parts of the job. “I get to see the school from multiple perspectives, and my work impacts both teachers and students,” she shared. 凯蒂重视我们学校的多样性，并享受她在里奇菲尔德中学所经历的活力。 “Middle schoolers are hilarious,” Katie said, adding that being part of a district that holds high standards and school pride makes the work even more rewarding. 现在是她在RPS的第六个年头，凯蒂很感激与RMS和RHS的所有员工以及她在RHS的同行凯特·奥列尼萨克一起工作。

凯特喜欢看到每天在她的楼里发生的惊人的学习。 “There’s no routine, and every day is different, but the best days are when I get to see teachers in action. They are inspiring,” she shared. Kate’s role gives her the opportunity to witness the hard work and dedication of teachers, and she appreciates being able to learn alongside them while supporting the incredible learning that is happening across the school.

Sarah is thrilled to be back and gives a special shout-out to the staff in RPS, saying, “The people here make the difference!” When asked to tell us a fun fact about herself, she said: “Shh, don’t tell, but I usually enjoy subbing because I miss being a classroom teacher very much!”
