Joann Chiappetta Baumgardner

This is Sarah’s first year with RPS and she is working at Centennial and Sheridan Hills. 莎拉喜欢与孩子和老师建立关系，以及解决问题的方法，以最好地满足学生的需求。 “So far I am loving the teams I have been working with,” she shared. “Everyone has been very collaborative in wanting to make sure student needs are met. I have learned a lot in the short time I have been here about our diverse and bright student body.”

No two days are alike.” 梅丽莎分享说，典型的一周包括学生评估和相关报告，学生支持，与同事的合作以及与家人和员工的各种会议。 Sarah mentions that school psychologists are involved in a lot of processes behind the scenes: “We conduct evaluations for special education, meet with teachers and parents, participate on a variety of teams, assist in developing and implementing behavior plans, analyze data to make decisions, and provide direct student support,” she shared.
